What is at stake in the ongoing battle between God’s army and the army of the devil?
The Battle for Souls
The stake is the billions of souls on the road to one of two eternities.
How many of our world’s population of 7.7 billion would make it to heaven, and how many would end up in the Lake of Fire?
Closer to home, it is the battle for your soul, and the souls of your loved ones.
That is the stake. It is high. Immeasurably high.
A person’s eternal destiny – eternal bliss in heaven or eternal torment in the Lake of Fire (John 3:16), and the quality of his life on earth (John 10:10) rest squarely on his response to the Gospel.
Isn’t it imperative then, that we vigilantly safeguard the integrity of the Gospel and that we proclaim it?
